The type I joint is suitable for connecting particularly heavy profiles or surface elements. The 40x80 model has a solid die-cast aluminium body painted with aluminium paint. This makes the joint particularly resistant to environmental influences such as moisture or corrosion. The joint can easily be used for all slot 8 profiles and is supplied with four screws for mounting. The screws allow infinitely variable regulation of the frictional resistance, but can also be fixed during assembly.
